Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delays from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.

We may use third-party tools, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or platforms. Realtec Solutions is not responsible for changes, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Realtec Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Website downtime caused by hosting, server, or external factors

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total project amount paid.
