Project Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email.
- If a project is cancelled before work has started, the refund (if any) will be processed after deducting administrative or consultation charges.
- If the project is cancelled after work has started, no refund will be provided, as resources, time, and effort are already allocated.
Refund Policy
- Payments made for services are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work, delivered milestones, or ongoing services.
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Realtec Solutions.
Advance Payments
- Advance payments are required to initiate most projects.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Delays or non-cooperation from the client’s side do not make the project eligible for a refund.
Service-Specific Policies
- Website & Software Development: No refunds once development work begins.
- Digital Marketing & SEO: Monthly or campaign-based payments are non-refundable after service initiation.
- Graphic Design & Animation: No refunds once design concepts or drafts are shared.
- WhatsApp Business Solutions: Setup fees and integration charges are non-refundable.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused due to:
Delayed content or approvals from the client
Changes in project scope
Third-party services, hosting, APIs, or platform issues
In such cases, timelines may be revised mutually.
Payment Disputes
- Any payment-related disputes must be raised within 7 days of payment.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior communication may lead to service suspension.
Changes to Policy
Realtec Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
